Anthony Fanshawe’s Sculpture Classes in stone carving, wood carving, letter carving, clay modeling and casting. Both beginners and experienced artists will enjoy the course, learning to explore space and form, and the range of materials, as they transform their ideas into a specific piece of work. Ant teaches a wide range of technical skills, including carving in wood and stone, armature building, modelling, sculpting, and surface finishes. A wide range of discussions will take place too, during the workshops, over meals, allowing students to explore the creative and imaginative side of being an artist. Small classes offer the opportunity for individual tuition and a balance of good practice, guidance, and more formal instruction. Students also learn from one another. |
